Directions: Take I -8 east to the Lake Jennings off ramp. Turn left at the stop light and go north a couple blocks, turn right onto Harritt Road and continue on, this will take you into Lake Jennings. As you enter the Lake stay to the right where it says “Fishing”. This will take you up to the Bait and Tackle Shop. We will meet at 2pm.  

Admission: is $1 per person and that includes your parking. Please pay inside the B&T shop. There are maps and refreshments and worms and all sorts of things inside the shop.  

We can drive half way around the Lake stopping where ever we’d like to scout around and shoot all the beautiful scenes. We’ll carpool as we drive around the lake, so as to keep the group together and have more time to visit. There are several types of boat rentals available also, if you would like to be out on the water. There are parking areas at 20, 19 and 16 see the Lake Jennings map in the B&T shop. The 5 P’s of In-Person Sales: The Must-Haves For Consistent High Dollar Success

In person sales is a lot more than just showing up face-to face with your client. Learn the other important components your studio needs to have in place to ensure EVERY sale meets your studio goals. From the first time the prospective client calls to the moment they hand you a credit card for the final sale, the selling process can follow a systematic routine that promises good numbers almost every time. Learn to create that system in your own studio just by implementing and perfecting the 5 P’s of in-person sales: pre consultations, products, projection, pricing, and policies. Julia will teach you what it takes to make each “P” happen effectively in your business, and how creating a systematic approach to sales will help ensure sales sessions get to your “happy $$ place” every time.

Portrait Photographer, Julia Radlick, is a PPA Gold Level Photographer of the Year with two International Loan Collection Awards. She is also the 2009 Oregon Professional Photographer of the Year and a Kodak Gallery Award Winner. She specializes in dog, children and family portraits out of her boutique, Bend OR, studio. She offers her clients a photographic style that is moody and artistic, and specializes in creating heirloom albums and custom wall art. Picking up her first 35mm camera at age 14, she put it down after college to pursue a love of broadcast journalism. She spent 11 years traveling the country covering general assignment stories for all three television networks. After working at KATU-TV, Portland’s ABC affiliate, for 6 years as an on-air anchor/reporter, she left television news to pursue photography full-time. Her experience with the news industry, and expertise in media relations and public communications have given her the skills and techniques to help other photographers understand and sell to their clients, and get the promotional word out to their communities about their business.
